Playzo Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after this period.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will receive an account credit or exchange. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Books and magazines
- Flammable products such as aerosol sprays
- Gift cards and gift vouchers
- All Trading Cards and Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster packs, boxes, cases, decks, and collections
- Sale and clearance items (sold as-is and may show signs of shelf wear)
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take great care to provide high-quality products. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@playzo.com.au. Including a photo of the issue will help us resolve your claim faster. We’ll work promptly to sort it out.
If your game, set, or puzzle is missing pieces or components, we recommend contacting the publisher directly, as they often supply replacements quickly. If you are unable to reach them, please let us know and we will assist you.
Important Notes
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
- For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
